You must provide accurate information when creating an SMM Perfekt account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Accounts must not be shared between multiple unrelated parties without our written consent. We may suspend accounts that show signs of unauthorized access or fraudulent registration.
Our services are intended to be used for public-facing content and profiles that you own or are authorized to promote. You may not use SMM Perfekt to target accounts you do not have permission to promote.
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to harass others, or to attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or the intended order flow of the panel.
All orders are prepaid using your account balance. Funds added to your balance are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
Prices displayed in the catalog may change at any time without notice; orders already placed are honored at the price paid at the time of purchase.
Estimated start times and delivery windows shown per service are best-effort estimates, not guarantees. Delivery speed can vary based on platform conditions outside our control.
Services marked with a refill window will be topped back up automatically if the delivered count drops within that window, subject to the eligibility rules on the service page.
SMM Perfekt is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including account actions taken by third-party platforms.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
Don't place a second order on the same link or profile before the first one finishes. Overlapping orders on the same target can split delivery, delay both orders, and won't be refunded on that basis alone.
If you discover a security vulnerability in SMM Perfekt, please report it to us through a support ticket before disclosing it publicly or attempting to exploit it. Responsible disclosure is appreciated; unauthorized access attempts or exploitation of a vulnerability will result in account termination.
Cashback is credited to your balance once an order is fully completed and processed — not when it's placed. Orders that end up canceled, failed, or refunded do not earn cashback, and cashback already paid on an order that is later found to be fraudulent may be reversed.
The affiliate program is intended to reward referring real, independent customers. Registering multiple accounts to refer yourself, generating fake or self-funded orders to farm cashback tiers or commission, or any other artificial activity designed to trigger these rewards without genuine underlying business is prohibited and treated as fraud. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse rewards obtained this way and to suspend the accounts involved.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent payment activity, or abuse the platform in a way that harms other customers or our infrastructure.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support; remaining balance handling on a voluntary closure is addressed case by case. If an account is terminated for fraud, payment abuse, or program abuse as described in Section 8, its remaining balance is forfeited.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SMM Perfekt after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
